You Provide:

Cold butter (4 tbsp)

Cold water (3-4 tbsp)
Method:
Oven at 350 F (or 175 C)

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Cut in the cold butter until the mixture is crumbly.

Add cold water, 1 Tbsp at a time, until dough holds together.

Roll dough to about ¼ inch thickness. Cut into rounds or squares.

Bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
