1.) Does Siren's Charms ship to me?

Sea Siren's Charms ships all across Canada and the United States. On special occasions we will ship over seas. Please e-mail us or message us on our Facebook business page if you live over seas and wish to purchase some of our products.

2.) I'm a small business owner can I purchase some of your products for our shop?

Absolutely. If you're a business owner and would like wholesale pricing on products please contact us at seawitchcurios@outlook.com 

Please know we require a minimum order of $300 Canadian dollars plus taxes for wholesale purchases. We do a 60/40 split with the buyer covering the cost of shipping. 

Please understand that this wholesale option is only for handcrafted items- our magickal sprays, oils, teas, scrubs, bath blends, gemstone jewelry, pillar candles, jumbo tealights, ritual candles, and our loose and stick incense.

3.) I'm a local vendor would you be interested in having my products showcased in your shop?

Yes, we would love to do that. If you're a local or Canadian small business and would like us to carry some of your products in our store please e-mail us at seawitchcurios@outlook.com 

Please understand we will purchase your items at your "wholesale" cost and we will sell them in our store for your suggested retail pricing. For this situation to work we will need you to share the posts to your social media accounts so people can see our shop as well. 

4.) Is there a tracking number and insurance when I purchase my products from you?

Yes there is. All packages are picked up by Canada Post and are shipped from our home office in North Sydney Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. You will be notified through e-mail or text when your package leaves it's originating location and begins to make movement to you. A tracking number and $100 CAD insurance are included in your shipping fee, which is a flat-rate fee.

5.) I only wish to purchase 1 item (earrings, bracelet, necklace, or something small) do I really have to pay the shipping fee for one item?

No. If the singular item you're wishing to purchase can fit into a regular mail sized envelope comfortably we can provide you with a cheaper shipping option. Please understand that this option does not show up at check-out and you will need to place your order with us by contacting us on Facebook or through e-mail. This cheaper option does not include insurance or a tracking number and will take 7-10 business days to reach you.

6.) I don't have a credit card or Paypal. Do you take e-transfer?

We do. Just message us or e-mail us with your inquiry and we can help you out with that. 

7.) Can you tell me what you put into your witch bottles, oils, sprays, or any of your other magickal items?

No, I'm sorry I can't. These are my recipes that I have worked hard on and unfortunately can't divulge any of those recipes to you. The only exception for this rule is our herbal teas. Let me know so an alternative recipe can be made for you.

8.) My product was broken when I received it. Can I have a refund?

We offer no refunds on products, period. We can however offer to fix your product at no charge and ship it back to you at no charge. We will need for you to ship your damaged product back to us first. Alternatively, you can file a claim through Canada Post but we are not liable for Canada Post's decision on your claim.

9.) Do you have a physical brick and mortar shop? 

As of right now Sea Siren's Charm is an online only witchcraft shop. This is due impart to the Covid 19 pandemic but we encourage you to stay tuned to our social media pages for any changes on this.

10.) Does Siren's Charms have social media we can follow and like?

Yes! We have a Facebook page, Instagram page, and a Tiktok account. Our name is one word "seasirenscharms" please like and follow us for all new products, updates, and discount codes!

11.) I want a refund! My candle, incense, magickal item doesn't work!

I am sorry but no refunds will be given. The strength or power of the product is impacted by your intention just as much as ours. We did our job to provide you with a beautiful item now it's your job to make your magick work.
