1.) Does Siren’s Charms ship to me?

Yes! We ship all across Canada and the United States. On special occasions, we also ship overseas. If you live outside North America and wish to order, please email us or message us on our Facebook business page.


2.) I’m a small business owner — can I purchase products wholesale?

Absolutely. If you’d like wholesale pricing, please email seawitchcurios@outlook.com.

Wholesale Terms:

  • Minimum order: $300 CAD + taxes

  • Buyer pays 60% of retail pricing (40% discount)

  • Buyer covers 100% of shipping costs

  • Eligible products: handcrafted Sea Siren’s Charms items only, including:

    • Magickal sprays

    • Ritual oils

    • Teas

    • Scrubs & bath blends

    • Gemstone jewelry

    • Pillar candles

    • Jumbo tealights

    • Ritual candles

    • Loose & stick incense & more!


3.) I’m a local vendor. Would you be interested in carrying my products?

Yes! If you’re a local or Canadian small business, we’d love to collaborate. Please email seawitchcurios@outlook.com.

We will purchase your items at your wholesale cost and sell them at your suggested retail price. In return, we kindly ask that you also share our shop on your social media so customers can discover us and we will do the same for you.


4.) Will I receive a tracking number and insurance?

Yes. All packages are shipped through Canada Post from our home office in North Sydney, Cape Breton. Every package includes:

  • A tracking number

  • $100 CAD insurance (already included in the flat-rate shipping fee)


5.) I only want to buy one small item (earrings, bracelet, necklace). Do I still pay full shipping?

Not necessarily. If your item fits in a regular mail-sized envelope, we can provide a cheaper shipping option.

Please note:

  • This option does not appear at checkout. You’ll need to order through email or Facebook.

  • This option does not include tracking or insurance.

  • Delivery time is 7–10 business days.


6.) I don’t have a credit card or PayPal. Do you accept e-transfer?

Yes! Just email or message us and we’ll set it up.


7.) Can you tell me what’s in your witch bottles, oils, sprays, or other magickal items?

Sorry, no. These are our personal recipes, carefully crafted over time. The only exception is our teas — if you have allergies or restrictions, let us know so we can create an alternative blend for you.


8.) My product arrived broken. Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to:

  • Repair your product at no charge and ship it back to you for free (you’ll need to mail the damaged item back to us first), or

  • You may file a claim directly with Canada Post. (Please note, we are not responsible for the outcome of Canada Post’s decision.)


9.) Do you have a physical shop?

Currently, Sea Siren’s Charms is online only, based in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.


10.) Does Sea Siren’s Charms have social media?

11.) I want a refund! My candle, incense, or magickal item didn’t “work.”

We’re sorry, but no refunds will be given. The strength of magickal items depends on your personal intention and energy as much as ours. We create the tools, but the magick is yours to activate.


12.) Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. Products are sold as is.

  • Colors may vary slightly from photos.

  • Items are sold as curios only. By law, we cannot guarantee effectiveness or make claims.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, import duties, VAT, or additional country-specific taxes.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility if required.

If something is wrong with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. ♥️
