At Sea Siren’s Charms, all items are sold “as is” and are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds on any purchases, whether made online or at markets. This applies to all regular-priced, discounted, and sale items.

Products are sold as curios only. By law, Sea Siren’s Charms and its affiliates cannot make claims regarding the effectiveness of any product and are not responsible for misuse. Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Lost, Stolen, or Tax-Related Issues
Sea Siren’s Charms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, import duties, VAT, or other taxes required by your country. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged Items
I take pride in packaging each order with care to ensure items arrive safely. All products leave my hands in perfect condition, but accidents during transit can happen. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact me right away at seawitchcurios@outlook.com. Since parcels are insured, I will gladly send you a replacement.
