Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Canada Post and are subject to fees based on shipment costs. All of the shipping costs include a tracking number for your package and $100 CAD insurance. All shipments are sent from our Home Office located in, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada. Depending on your location you should receive your packages between 7-14 business days from the ship out date.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation worldwide, please note that shipping inside and outside of Canada is subject to possible delays. 

In Winter months please be advised that shipments inside and outside of Canada are subject to possible delays due to weather, road, and air conditions. This is obviously outside our control and we are not responsible for the possible delays that could incur with your packages.

Sea Siren's Charms is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Once the contents are picked, wrapped, and packaged; which we do with responsibility and care, it is then out of our hands. Please choose a shipping option that is suitable for your package needs.
