Sea Siren's Charms is not responsible for any misuse of these products. Storage and proper care is 100% the customer's responsibility. Sea Siren's Charms is not responsible for any misuse of any information found herein or on our Facebook, Instagram, or other social media outlets.  

In no respect shall Sea Siren's Charms, its owners, staff, or affiliates incur any liability or responsibility for any damages that could arise out of or resulting from in any way connected to the use of these products.  Sea Siren's Charms products are sold as curios only and are not meant to replace any legal, medical, or professional opinions or treatments. We don't provide any warranty of any kind, whether expressed, implied, or warranties of merchantability for any particular purpose or cause.

The information found on our website, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media outlets is provided "as is" and does not constitute a warranty of any kind.

Returns and refunds are not accepted in any shape or form unless discussed prior with the owners of Sea Siren's Charms. All sales are final.

Furthermore, Sea Siren's Charms is not responsible in any way for any lost, stolen, or damaged products. Once the customer's shipment is received, wrapped, boxed, and leaves our possession, it is no longer our responsibility. Please choose a shipping option that is best suited for your products.
